How to Update your Engine Data
You can update the data your program uses to perform its tasks by clicking on the File menu item and then from the drop down menu click on Update Engine date. (Note all of our software uses engine data. If it does not this option will not be available. How to Update your Dynamic Software Product Go to our download page: http://www.dynamicdownload.com/download2.html and download / install the software you desire to update on top of you existing version. Notice on the download page there is a date and a version number. If the date is newer than the date you last downloaded/ordered your product, you should re-download the software and install it onto of your existing version. The free trial download will automatically update your existing installed. Dynamic Software products are supported for life for free and you receive free updates! The term Life, refers to the life cycle of the product, not the life of the person who purchased it. The term Life Cycle, refers to the major version number of a product. For example, the previous version of Dynamic Submission was 6.1.49. The three components of the version number are as follows: <Major Version Number>.<Minor Version Number>.<Hot Fix Number>. The software is updated and supported until the major version number is updated. When the number goes up, the previous version's life cycle is over. You may continue to use the software for as long as you wish, but the software will no longer have software updates for bug reports six months from the retirement date. We offer all existing customers a large discount to upgrade to the next major version. Due to the time and effort placed in creating a new major version of the product, there is an upgrade fee.
